SOLTEC Policy for the Protection of Personal Information

In order to promote the protection of personal information, SOLTEC Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) established our Policy for the Protection of Personal Information as follows by building a system wherein all of our employees recognize the importance of personal privacy and will endeavor to protect it.

Management of Personal Information

We keep accurate and up-to-date personal information of our customers, and in order to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, corruption, falsification, and leakage of the information, take the necessary measures such as the maintenance of the security system, full equipment for the management system, and employee training to implement the safety measures and strictly manage personal information.

Use of Personal Information

We use the personal information entrusted to us by our customers for contacting them, giving them information about our business operations, replying to inquiries, and sending them email and documents.

Prohibition of disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties

We properly manage the personal information entrusted to us by our customers and do not disclose the information to third parties, except in the following cases.

・In the case where we have consent from the customer 　
・In the case where disclosure to suppliers consigned by us is necessary in order to provide the service requested by the customer
・In the case where disclosure is required within the scope allowed by laws or regulations Safety Measures of Personal Information We take all possible security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

Request about the Personal Information by the customer If the customer has an inquiry regarding their own personal information or wishes to correct or delete the information, we respond to those requests after confirming with the person in question. Compliance and Review of Laws, Regulations, and Standards We comply with the applicable Japanese laws, regulations, and standards with respect to the personal information that we hold, and commit to review and revise the contents of our privacy policy, whenever appropriate.
